Coldplay 於 2014 年 所發佈的歌曲，
是他們第六張錄音室專輯《Ghost Stories》的首波主打單曲（Lead Single）。
這首歌一釋出，全世界的樂迷心肝頭都跟著揪了一下。
為什麼？因為當時主唱 Chris Martin 才剛宣佈與
結縭十年的妻子 Gwyneth Paltrow
「意識脫鉤（Conscious Uncoupling）」——講白話文就是離婚啦。
這首歌是 Chris 寫過最卑微、卻也最深情的告白。
這張專輯捨棄了過去那種大氣磅礴的體育場搖滾，
轉向極簡、電音且充滿私密感的風格。
這首歌由 Paul Epworth 製作，
那段沉穩且不斷循環的貝斯聲線（Bassline）簡直是靈魂，
像是一個人的心跳聲，安靜地在深夜裡跳動。
媒體評價這首歌是「冷玩」最真誠的轉型，
不再追求華麗，而是直面心碎。
最讓印象深刻的是它的 MV，拍得非常有質感，
走的是 1920 年代無聲電影的風格，還請到章子怡演出魔術師。
MV 裡 Chris 被章子怡演的魔術師「劈成兩半」，
其實就是暗喻他在感情裡受到的重創。
但在這首歌裡，他沒有恨，只有那句「Still I call it magic」。
這種「被妳傷透了卻還覺得遇見妳是奇蹟」的浪漫，
真的是浪漫到讓人想「鳴（哭）」出來。

這句歌詞對應了魔術裡最經典的
「人體切分（Sawing a woman in half）」戲法。
在感情裡，這象徵著 Chris 被離婚這件事搞得心碎神傷，
整個人像是被劈開一樣痛苦，
但他依然覺得這段感情的開始是種「Magic」。
"I don't want anybody else but you"：
這首歌最卑微也最感人的地方就在副歌。
當一個人說了這麼多次 "I don't"，
其實是在催眠自己，也是在向對方求饒。
即便世界再大，他的光圈裡永遠只有那一個人。
