Eminem（阿姆） 於 2002 年發佈的這首《Lose Yourself》，
是他在半自傳電影《8 Mile》（8英里）中的主題曲。
這首歌不只是經典，它是嘻哈音樂史上的「神蹟」。
它是第一首獲得奧斯卡最佳原創歌曲獎的饒舌歌，
而且還有個超好笑的八卦：
當年阿姆覺得自己根本不可能得獎，
