註解補記

"Pain of December"：

這句歌詞通常被歌迷認為是在暗指

艾薇兒與第一任丈夫（Sum 41 主唱 Deryck Whibley）的分離，

因為那段感情的終結與後續的法律程序讓她非常痛苦。

但在這首歌裡，它更多是營造一種「寒冷、終結」的意象。
