Aerosmith 於 1993 年所發佈的歌曲〈Eat The Rich〉，是他們音樂生涯中最成功的專輯
《Get a Grip》的第一首先行單曲（Lead Single）。
根據《Billboard》與《Rolling Stone》的歷史記載，
這首歌在當年不僅攻佔了主流搖滾單曲榜第 5 名，
更在那個油漬搖滾（Grunge）強勢抬頭的年代，
硬是幫傳統硬搖滾（Hard Rock）守住了一片江山。
主唱 Steven Tyler 與吉他手 Joe Perry
找來了金牌詞曲創作人 Jim Vallance 合作，
用充滿諷刺與憤怒的筆觸，

"You the right key baby, but the wrong keyhole"
這是一個非常經典的性隱喻與人生哲理的結合。
字面上是在說鑰匙跟鎖孔不對，
實際上是在諷刺那些空有條件、卻總是把精力放在錯誤地方
（或者根本不懂生活本質）的人。
Steven Tyler 最擅長這種帶點「男人間的小幽默」
卻又一針見血的台詞。
"Grey Poupon"
這是一個非常著名的文化梗。
Grey Poupon 是一款高級法式芥末醬，
在 80、90 年代的美國電視廣告中，
它常出現在兩台勞斯萊斯車主互相詢問的對話中，
成了「極致奢華」與「裝腔作勢」的象徵。
歌詞最後叫人把它塞進屁股，
就是對那種階級傲慢最大的羞辱。
"Toss your pearls to swine"
出自聖經馬太福音。
原意是「不要把珍珠丟給豬」，因為豬不懂價值。
在這裡 Aerosmith 反用了這個典故，
既然這些權貴像豬一樣不懂得珍惜美好事物，
那不如就把他們當成食物，
反正配點酒吃掉也算是一種資源回收。
"Head shrinker"
這是 20 世紀中葉美國非常流行的俚語，
指「心理醫生」或「精神科醫師」。
歌詞中描述去諮詢醫生關於「吃人」的罪惡感，
結果醫生反而幽默地建議他節食，
展現了搖滾樂那種對於建制權威（醫學）的戲謔與不屑。
"Eat humble pie"
這是一個英文慣用語，
意思是「被迫認錯」或「表現得謙卑」。
Tyler 巧妙地將它與整首歌「吃」的主題結合，
對比了那些吃著高級食材卻心靈空虛的富豪，
強調白手起家的謙遜才是真正的力量。
